Ergowave® is designed to help you master the first step to perfect professional body sugaring. Using this glove will automatically put your hand in the ergonomically correct position for more fluid sugaring, reducing the stress on your wrist, elbow, and shoulder.

Is the Ergowave® glove washable?
Yes. Remove the metal plates then hand wash with mild detergent. Air dry on a towel.

Does Ergowave® come in multiple sizes?
Ergowave® comes in two sizes; x-small/small and medium/large. The fabric stretches for an easy fit and the metal plates can be trimmed to adjust the fit.

How do I know my Ergowave® size?
Measure around the widest part of your hand (from pointer finger to pinky finger). Hand measurements of approximately 7-8in. will fit XS/S and hand measurements of approximately 8-9.25in will fit M/L.

What if I ordered the wrong size glove?
Your ErgoWave can be exchanged for a different size by contacting Alexandria Professional® corporate office.

Can I return my ErgoWave®?
ErgoWave® is a non-refundable product. Click here to review our shipping/returns policy. Size exchanges are available up to 15 days after receipt of the original order.  Product must be in its original condition and packaging for exchanges. A $25 damage fee will apply to any exchange order that is not the original condition. Please use our contact page to request an exchange. Shipping costs for exchanges are at the expense of the customer.
